Several layers beginning with the phone screen, then on to the hiring manager who is typically who the role reports to. Sometimes this will include 2-3 people. Then lastly the site director.

Professional interview panel, Well prepared prior to call. They knew the candidature pros and cons. Do brush up about company background prior to interview. Ensure to have the camera on during the call.
