Multiple interviews, phone, video, multiple emails. As if the managers didn't trust each other's judgment. HR was the most positive I was able to negotiate a salary based on my experience even I decided to decline.

They said during winter there's less work so employees get sent home even after an hour or two, and the managers cut hours from employees paid time off PTO to compensate for the company's loss. This happens on a regular basis. That wasn't a question on their part that was a statement. Their question to me was would I be comfortable working 6 to 7 days a week during summers and/or overtime.
