Interview
Met with HR, who had no idea what I was talking about. Then met with my project manager and the department manager, who were more knowledgeable but didn't really ask any technical questions.

What kind of projects have you worked on in the past?
This was an offline interview for a full-stack role in Dot Net and Angular with a strong emphasis on the backend. It felt more like a technical discussion than an interrogation.

3. Called for another round of interview.
Process took about two or more weeks after applying to the company via their career site

Technical interview with tech lead about your previous experience and a couple of straight forward technical questions to see if you are a good fit
