This was an interview with HR. Interviewer was rude and hardly asked any questions. What was supposed to be at 15 minute interview ended in 7 minutes. Was not a good experience overall.

Interview
Had a phone interview with the recruiter and then a 45 minute virtual interview with a manager. Mostly behavioral questions embedded in safety concerns. I was interviewed by lab manager and it was great. The conversation flawed naturally.

Interview
There was a short phone screen with the recruiter followed by a video interview with a lab manager. They also email you a paper application and request reference contact information between the interviews. Overall everyone was very nice. Interviews were less conversational, more the interviewer reading off questions. Lots of tell me about a time you solved a problem etc. questions.
