Interview
I interviewed there twice with the same person, and they didn't even remember me from the first interview which was only 6 months prior to that. True, we may not remember every persons name we interview, but you at least show a glimmer of remembrance of their background. Some eye contact would have been nice too instead of just looking down at your notes the whole time.
Pretty straightforward. I met with two of the managers from the department. They asked me some questions about my experience and expectations. They also gave me the opportunity to ask my own questions.

Interview
I had a scheduled interview that was confirmed by the Talent Engagement Team. One the day that I was scheduled to have a call, the recruiter reached out to me that something had come up and she needed to reschedule so we agreed on and confirmed a new time to speak. I did not hear from anybody at the confirmed time. I reached out a few minutes into the scheduled time to ask if the meeting was still at a good time, but never heard anything back.
3 rounds, HR->technical->on site visit. HR phone screen was about 30 mins with basic BQ and introduction to the role. Technical round was 1 hour with team members and the manager.
