Interview
I was brought in for a 3.5 hour long interview with 9 people and was grilled the entire time, with no offers of breaks for water or any bathroom break. I am certainly qualified for the position I interviewed for and have excellent references. Yet, I was still declined employment. Most of the people I interviewed with were very cold and standoffish. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time. Also, quite frankly, their PTO is extremely bad for this job market. Only 15 days (that includes sick and personal time) is not up to par with other companies in this industry.

cuatro pasos. Una entrevista técnica fue la tercera. Un proceso muy alargado según mi punto de vista. Me dijeron que no habría una cuarta entrevista pero al final, si. No me había preparado bien para la técnica

Their HR person reached out to me via email to conduct a 30 minute screening interview. We scheduled a time for a virtual meeting. On the day of the meeting, the interviewer was 15 minutes late and proceeded to quickly run down the whole interview process without me being able to get a word. When it came time to answering her questions, she cut me off a couple of times during my answers. She also possessed a thick accent which made me misunderstand some of her questions. Overall, I felt rushed and uncomfortable during the experience and I wished she had rescheduled the call. About a week after the call, I followed up with her via email and was met with silence. It's been three weeks since this call and I have given up on hearing from her again. I find it very unprofessional that she hasn't at least told me via email that I won't be moving forward and it has left a very negative impression of the company.
