Interview
First a telephone interview that lasted about an hour. If the interviewer thought it went well, they will grant the candidate a personal interview at the client site. At the interview, the Group leader, manager, and a representative from the client are present.
Quick and easy. Immediately got hired after the interview. Was informed earlier that many people can join the call, but ended up just being the manager and another employee. So thatv was a relief
three step process
screening a call for 1 hour with 30 min of a group lead and 30 min with manager. They take a to of time to respond , the whole process took 2 months
The interview was conducted over the phone. Some information about the role was provided. There was an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the call. The interviewer described the next steps in the hiring process.
