      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eurofins (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2024

      Interview

I got an email asking to interview the same day. I don't deem this as a good interview practice for recruiters. It seemed very unprofessional to email an applicant 2-3 hours before wanting to interview them. I was busy so I rescheduled. The interview had 3 parts: two virtual and one in-person. The first one is a 15-minute "pre-screening" asking basic interview questions. The second one is a more in-depth interview, asking questions related to the job responsibilities. The last one is an in-person interview. The recruiter said they would call you a week after your interview about the next steps and to not email them after your interview if you did not get a call. I only did the "pre-screening". It was quick, only 15 minutes. The interviewer cut me off when answering the first question due to the lack of adequate time. They also showed up late to the time we agreed upon. The interview was done through Microsoft Teams.

      Interview

I applied online. The HR guy call me within an hour and invite for onsite interview. The recruitment day consisted of various individual and group activities concluded with an interview. With me there were 10 people invited. Actually I felt a little bit like in primary school with all the tasks they want us to do. After that there were actual interview with basic questions. What is more all the time lab manager was telling me about how boring, low paid and repetitive the job would be. All that took more than 3 hours.
