Interview
This was an interview for an internal vacancy which would have been a promotion. The questions asked were the same for every applicant and were mostly standard interview questions with only a few specific to the company and job role.
Panel of three interviewers who each asked questions from a specific area (the role, personal life, health and safety/compliance).

What's one thing you would improve about the laboratory area?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
I had a 10 minute interview by phone and then got ghosted. I barely had time to deepen my answers and talk about my experience. I found it a little disappointing .

Do you have experience with mammalian cell culture?
First round is screening general question and the second round would be a presentation of projects that the chemist has been involved so far in order to show their knowledge and skills and they will be questioned base on their presentation
It was kind of annoying as it was re-scheduled 2 different times. One for going over a previous interview and the other because the interviewer lost track of time. They also did not realize I was still in college when it clears says I am on my resume.
