A panel interview which included the general manager and the general microbiology lab manager.
They had a few questions in regards to the techniques used in the lab such as serial dilutions and gram staining.

Interview
Questions were fairly typical interview questions and the interviewers were easy to talk to. After the interview they took me for a quick tour of the facility to get a sense of where I might be working and they answered my questions. I received the offer about 2 days later
Group interview to see how well you worked with people then a one on one interview. Questions were standard interview questions just asking why are you fit for this role and what relevant experience do you have.
