Interview
There were two telephone interviews and two face-to-face (1:1) interviews. The first phone screen was with a rep from HR reading from a script of questions and lasted about 40 mins. This consisted mainly of resume details, background and why the interest in pursuing another job. The second telephone call was about a week later and was with the group leader of the division. It was an hour and far more technical in nature. The first 1:1 interview went as good and interactive, but definitely used the same script. The second interview, however, the guy seemed more interested in looking at the clock and checking his cell phone than asking real questions.

Describe a situation at work where you showed a high level integrity.
Quick and easy. Immediately got hired after the interview. Was informed earlier that many people can join the call, but ended up just being the manager and another employee. So thatv was a relief
three step process
screening a call for 1 hour with 30 min of a group lead and 30 min with manager. They take a to of time to respond , the whole process took 2 months
The interview was conducted over the phone. Some information about the role was provided. There was an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the call. The interviewer described the next steps in the hiring process.
