Interview
The process was very simple. I applied through LinkedIn, and then within approximately 10 days, I received an email asking for me to come in for an interview. It's a small company, and everyone I ran into were very nice and welcoming. The interview itself was pretty easy. We went over the different elements of my resume, talked through my experience and how it fits with the role at hand, as well as discussed what I was personally interested in and how the company relates to my goals. The interviewer then went in to the details of how the company itself and more specifically, the role the business analyst would play. Overall, seemed like a very good place to work.

Interview
Interviewed and then ghosted for weeks before I got a response. I had to email them multiple times for weeks before hearing back. When I asked for feedback I was also ghosted. I still think this was my best interview ever, and believe it was wonderful practice at least. I really am glad they found someone more qualified, but at least follow up appropriately please.
