Ettain Group Entry-Level Recruiter interview questions

I applied online and same day I asked to set up a phone interview the next day. The phone interview was very easy. It was based around just general questions trying to get to know you and your background. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. Afterwards I completed an assessment that was very long!!! Then I went in for in person interview with two general managers. The interview was okay but they made me feel as though I was wrong for saying I'm looking for growth and career advancement because they clearly offer that in the job description! I sense some discrimination within the company because there was no diversity at all and I felt like that was a reason not to hire me even though I was more than qualified. They are looking to recruit people who look like them basically.
