- Contacted by recruiter via LinkedIn, very clear description of role given
- Few days waiting for a response but arranged an initial call to discover more
- Interviewer showed up 15 minutes late for a 30 minute call
- Clearly reading off a page and was not prepared
- When discussing salary, no range can be given for the role as they want candidates to give their range (Felt like they want to identify someone they can get for lower than they can actually offer)
- Rejected this way of working and pulled out of the process

informal meetings with a number of people in the business - no technical questions purely focused on cultural fit. Very relaxed discussion and really the business needs to challenge more at this stage.

Interview
There were 1:1 interviews with both the Senior Partner and the Managing Partner, with cameo appearances from 4/5 others from the team. The interviews were very much centred around personality and character and 'fit' with the company. There were no tough questions. They want an experienced Consultant.
