Etisalat Telecommunications Engineer interview questions

The interview wasn't a structured interview, I got asked by 4 different people at the same time. the technical part of programming was literally on paper. they asked about technology over all 7 parts of osi layers which makes no sense

they began with welcome, then i introduced my self and talked about my company and main job and tasks , the interview was in english and there was three persons then they began to ask me some technical questions
