However, despite multiple follow-ups, I did not receive any feedback or communication afterwards. The position was eventually closed without any update or even an automated response. This kind of experience raises questions about the company’s communication standards and respect for candidates’ time. This kind of experience makes it difficult to justify investing time in future applications with the company.

3 interviews : The entire process lasted about two to four weeks. I met with a Recruiter then hiring manager. I met with executives for a meeting but only after I got hired, so It was a formality more than an interview
