You apply online in which if you are successful, get invited to a group assessment. A brief of what to expect will be given in the invitation email. The ones that required most preparation was the 30 min competency interview and 5min presentation ( they will provide you with the topic) . The assessment lasts approx 3hrs as there was around 10 of us. Expect many interviews!( 12 or so). We had to do a group task too and we presented to the room, as a sort of ice breaker. If you pass this stage you will be directed to a second interview stage. This is more one on one. Most likely you and two interviewers. Mostly competency based again, and some random ones. Expect anything & make sure to read job description! All in all quite a long process! Everyone at ELC is very nice and will make you feel so comfortable at the interview. Group assessments can be very daunting with pressure of wanting to “stand out” but trust me, just be yourself!!
