Simple, casual and friendly. Had a conversation with the Account Executive, then immediately met the cosmetics manager and store manager. Typical questions about work history and management style. Very enjoyable experience.

We met at Starbucks. Interview lasted about 30 minutes total. Very comfortable and getting to you type questions. After the formalities most of the conversation was very friendly and casual.
