Response was prompt. I had to apply again after being rejected-- they were frank about my lack of experience being an issue, but appreciated my persistence. I was accepted after the second interview.

Interview
The interview was straight forward, they just want to make sure that you have forklifting experience. They wanted to make sure that safety and compliance was followed and that you’re a team player.
Person I interviewed with was very intense and used profanity several times. Pretty out of the ordinary for a forklift position. Really swayed me from working there. Got the job but turned it down due to them being the person I would answer to.
