Over the phone. The manager went over my resume and work experience. They also went over my education background.They wanted to know why I was interested in the company. They also contacted my references and they had a background check. I completed the medical tests after I was offered a position

1-on-1 interview asking specific questions on background in IT and how it translate to Health information. Questions had been pre determined, so time was spent by the interviewer in putting down his thoughts on my answers.
