Few different stages, I got through to the final stage of assessment centre. Prior to the assessment centre I was sent some questionnaires (business attitude questionnaire, motivational driver questionnaire and an online in-tray exercise). I was also sent a case study in preparation for the assessment centre. The assessment centre included group work and using the case study we were provided with. The main competencies that were being observed were analysing and interpreting information, structuring work, problem solving, collaborating, consistently achieving and driving for results, managing performance and developing technical skills.
