Essential Data SEO Content Writer interview questions

For my interview with Essential Data Corporation, I got to do a video interview with the CEO Antoinette Allocca in which I shared some of my experience as listed in my resume and Antoinette told me more about the company and the internship opportunity. Prior to the internship I looked through the EDC website to familiarize myself with the company and during the interview we went over what I learned about the company through the website and Antoinette also talked me through more in depth what the company offers. She made me feel very welcomed as well as heard in regards to my career aspirations and how EDC can help me get on the right path to establish a career in content writing. We talked about what position I would take in the internship and Antoinette was very open to what role I wanted to take on. I also highly appreciated the fact that Antoinette emphasized the flexibility of the position as I was told that I would be able to dedicate as much time as I could to the internship.

Aside from the nerves, the overall interview process was great and uplifting. I felt heard and understood in my search to find a place that would offer me a chance to gain experience, especially at the height of the pandemic. During the interview, Antoinette was pleasant, honest, and empathetic. She also was direct about what she wanted and expected if I were to work at Essential Data Corp. What I enjoyed the most was her expressing how supportive she would be to make sure I would be successful at Essential Data or any other plans I might have in the future. Because Antoinette was so understanding as well as relatable, it was a positive interview experience.
