Applied online via a job board, received a phone interview from a recruiter from corporate,then went to a face to face in Sacramento, I was extended a job offer

What is your goal to help the company achieve it long term goals?
the process was very poor. they rushed me and they didn't take there time. everything was all over the place leadership is poor and they have no direction. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
