Espire Infolabs Project Manager interview questions

I was contacted by HR directly after I applied for position. Initial telephonic round with HR and then was scheduled for face to face interview after 2-3 days. Was kept waiting at venue for about 1/2 hour and then interview started. Interviewer seemed was reading my profile first time during the interview. Was surprised to hear my lack of experience in some key technologies(sharepoint, Biztalk) that they needed. At this point I felt utter lack of internal communication. Seemed HR was not given correct JD requirements by the hiring manager and my profile was put for interview. I wasted my precious time and money due to this oversight error. :(
