The process consisted of 2 rounds of interviews each with a different head of the retail risk departments. Both interviews were very casual, the interviewers were kind and helpful, explained the place and responsibility of the department within the organization. Being a junior position it was a lot more about my personal experiences, education and qualities rather than professional knowledge on the field. They asked me to prepare a presentation on a chosen company in financial technologies, that was the only technical aspect of it.
The only negative experience regarding the whole process was the fact that after the interviews it seemed to me that the role was a lot less diversified (it involved working with analytics for the most part) than what the job ad made it sound like.
