Erler & Kalinowski interview questions

The interview process was pretty quick and straightforward. The first round was a 30-minute virtual interview mainly talking about my background, experiences, and why I was interested in the company. I was then invited for a formal interview at their office that lasted about three hours. This included a 1-hour technical portion (engineering problem using Excel) and five separate 20-minute rounds of interviews. Overall, the interview experience itself was good. I genuinely enjoyed talking to everyone I spoke to and the process was really organized. The only disappointing part was the communication afterward. I followed up three separate times and didn’t hear back at all. It was definitely a bit upsetting not to receive a final response.
