THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT INTERVIEWS!!!! I went in and expected to have an actual interview and all they asked was when I graduated and if I had experience as a PA. The interview lasted maybe three minutes and I asked them more questions than they asked me. VERY clear they were unprepared and did not read my resume at all.

Interview
It lasted no more than 10 minutes, pretty easy going interview. They go through your portfolio, resume and cover letter. They ask questions about your projects and yourself as they go through everything. It wasn't difficult whatsoever, the interviewer was really nice

Interview
Interview process was with management and president. Two rounds in total and I got a formal offer 3-4 days later. Had to start "freelance" paid weekly then eventually became full time after 6 months. This is usually how it works there.
