Competence based interview exploring communication, solving problem skills and persuasion.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Stockholm, Stockholm)

Initial Call from in-house recruiter. We spoke again a few weeks later, very informative and professional. Following that I had a meeting with the Manager of the team. She was professional, friendly and seemed like a smart person. I was invited to continued the process but declined as I had other preferences.
