I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Dubai) in Nov 2014
Interview
Three Step Interview process and then the HR, excellent detailed questions that relate to the job role. No surprises, and If you have hands on experience in CM it will be easy to discuss the details. The CM team is very advanced and not exactly for any one with out background in the field. There are no Junior level roles, job has very sr. and client facing. If you have done this before, you can expect to pass the interview only. You are expected to share your experience from the past and cannot bluff. The interviewing team was very competent and consisted of people actually doing the work including lawyers and CM's.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ericsson (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
A few rounds, case study, leadership logic and personality testing. Communication was clear in the beginning, and the feedback I received was positive. But towards the end, things became less consistent. Nonetheless the people I spoke to were kind and the overall experience was respectful
