There were 3 rounds of interview and basic questions were asked in the first round. The second and third round included scenario related questions and design related questions. All rounds were about one hour long and there was no face to face interview.

Simple, concise, standard questions about past experience, with back and forth about the job responsibilities. Part of the interview was to assess my willingness to travel and work abroad for extended periods of time.

Nice conversation. Clear expectations from each side. Logical list of questions about employee experience and employer profile. Possible future projects were discussed, as well as work in the past. Administrative and financial details were communicated clearly.
