Got a call from Ericsson HR dept,
Scheduled the interview by telephonic as part of 1st Round.(30-60 mins)
intimated that Short listed for 2nd Round.
2nd round is FcF interview for almost 1 -2 hours
3rd is Manager round for almost 30 mins.
final HR round and got selected .

Simple, concise, standard questions about past experience, with back and forth about the job responsibilities. Part of the interview was to assess my willingness to travel and work abroad for extended periods of time.

Nice conversation. Clear expectations from each side. Logical list of questions about employee experience and employer profile. Possible future projects were discussed, as well as work in the past. Administrative and financial details were communicated clearly.
