Weird interview process. The least conversational interview I have had. The person who interviewed me immediately pulled out a 3 page packet with ~20 "tell me about a time when" questions, and the only response to any of my responses was "awesome!" For a sales job I would think there would be some conversation/rapport, or even follow up questions to the response given. No room for anything other than just a direct answer. So it was ~40 minutes of being grilled and then 5 minutes of explaining the job at the end. Very uncomfortable. Erickson, I would suggest changing your interview technique. This is not how you interview for a sales role.

"Tell me about a time when you failed at something."
I interviewed at Erickson Foundation Solutions (Hudson, NH)
Interview
I found the interview to be very enlightening into the questions that they asked. Looking for particular situations in your work history. Found it very enlightening to what information they were looking for enabling them to have an overall picture of who you are in different situations.
