Upload CV and motivation. In person interview with coordinator. Standard and straight forward interview process. Some behavioral questions, but not very challenging technically. Can differ per department and position. This was for a part-time vacancy as a student assistant.

Applied for a teaching assistant position for accounting and financial management related courses. Found the position via an email from the university / the website of the university. Procedure consisted of two interviews, discussing knowledge around relevant topics and motivation.
