I applied online. I interviewed at Eradigm in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process began with an initial meeting with the HR team, which was friendly, well-structured, and informative. Expectations around the role, interview stages, and timelines were communicated clearly, which made the process feel transparent and well organised from the outset.
This was followed by a case study presentation with a hiring manager and a senior consultant. The discussion was engaging and felt more like a collaborative problem-solving exercise than a traditional interview. Both interviewers were professional, approachable, and genuinely interested in my thinking and reasoning, asking insightful follow-up questions and allowing space to explore ideas in depth.
Overall, the experience was very enjoyable and conducted to a high professional standard throughout. The process reflected a thoughtful and respectful interview culture, and left a positive impression of Eradigm Consulting as a place that values both analytical rigour and open dialogue.

Question 1
What is your understanding of the role of an associate consultant at Eradigm?
What do you know about Eradigm?
How do you deal with stressful situations.
I first had an informal chat to understand why I wanted to work for Eradigm and be a consultant - was a very chill and friendly chat.
Was then informed for the next stage that I would have to do a case study and present. I was given 3 days to do it and choose to do it over the weekend. The task itself did take me a long time but I had no prior consulting experience and wanted to make it perfect! I then sent my presentation back and was given a bit of feedback before finally presenting at the interview.
I enjoyed the interview as I presented my case study - with the panel asking questions as I went along. There were a few times where I didn't know the answer to their questions and they were okay with that. Overall was a positive experience and the panel was friendly.
1st round with recruiter, the next day I was sent a case study that I had 3 days to prepare. Presented my case study to 2 consultants and answered their questions, followed by ~minutes of personal questions. Very reasonable and enjoyable experience.
