I applied through university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (New York, NY) in Mar 2015
Interview
Initial Phone Call - typical behavioral interview
First Round - meeting with manager - behavioral questions, questions about AXA, information about the Financial professional industry and questions
Second Round - gives you a sample business plan for you potential business and more questions asking about the role and company
Third Round - interview with a senior member
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.
Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Boca Raton, FL)
Interview
Very easy interview, not too many questions they ask more listening to what they have to say about the role. Just know that you’ll have to find prospects on your own when starting off
