I applied online and got an email from HR to make an appointment for phone interview with the branch manager. one phone interview and got an offer for a first virtual interview because of COVID-19. met the branch manager through zoom and interviewed on the similar stuff as the phone interview. made an appointment for second interview and were asked to prepare for planning exercise. second virtual interview was the going over the exercise. after that got an offer for the position. Asked to study and pass the prerequisite exams Series 6,66 and state health. But declined on the offer.

Interview
First there was a screening phone call. Next there was a 30 minute interview. The last one was a 45 minute interview. They ask a little bit about yourself and mostly then just tell you about the company and the job.

Question 1
Give a presentation about something you're passionate about and then tell me why you would be a good financial advisor.
Quick and to the point. Pretty much just sold the company to you. Seemed almost a little too good to be true at times. Only have had 1 interview so far waiting for the second.
Interview is to see who you are as a person, no technical questions, not too long and was generally to the point. The interview process as a whole is well organized too.
