I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Equis (CA) in Sept 2022
Interview
Standard, fine interview process - until I reached the references stage (after the final interview), and they ghosted me for a complete month, before telling me actually they've decided not to hire for the role. With that email they apologized and offered to help or give me advice with my job search, I asked for advice, and they ghosted me again. Scummy people. Frankly I got a bad vibe from Carlos Odio in the final interview too.

I applied online. I interviewed at Equis (CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
I received an email saying they wanted to interview me. It was a 1 hour initial interview, which for an initial interview seems like a long screening. Questions were situational. They told me they would let me know in 2 weeks, as the next steps would be a panel interview. The initial interview was in mid October. After that, I was ghosted from the interviewer. I sent a check-in email in mid November since I had not heard back. I finally got a generic email in mid December. It was very unprofessional and truly disheartening to hear back 3 months later and never get a response to my thank you or check-in email. As someone who identifies as Latinx and their work is focused on the Latinx community, it was not a great look to avoid your Latinx candidates. Do better.
AND, the role is still posted on the website, 4 months later.
