I interviewed with EquipmentShare for an AE position. It took 3 months for a recruiter to get back to me, who was OK to work with but I felt they were a bit disorganized.
I had moved onto the HM screening, and in this interview I could clearly tell the guy was winging it. Very disorganized, no real structure, and felt very stiff when answering/asking questions. I got the impression that he didn't really care about my experience or what I could bring to the table. Honestly some of the answers that he gave to my questions just left me wanting more and painted a picture that the company itself is terribly disorganized and tribal. Never a good sign when you ask "how does your team go about prioritizing work/manage projects" and the first thing you get is "probably whatever fire is happening that day".
Yikes.
