Equinor interview questions

Online assessments covering logical, numerical, verbal reasoning and personality/behavioral traits, often through Sova. An on-demand recorded video interview with around 4–5 questions and 2–3 minutes per answer. Questions focused mainly on motivation, teamwork, adaptability, communication, handling deadlines, and working in diverse environments rather than deep technical knowledge. A final Recruitment Day involving a combination of interview(s), group exercise(s), and presentations/assessment-center style activities.

Started off with a series of assessments that you had to get through consecutively to unlock the next one. First was culture fit, then sequences/logical, then maths. After that final round was a video interview - never spoke to anyone face to face
