Three steps interview process (apart from the several discussions with the Talent Acquisition department at various stages in the game): 1. Discussion with the manager the position would report to (on-site) 2. Discussion with the Enterprise Architect (phone interview) 3. Discussion with HR (on-site) *Very* nicely conducted interviews by all parties involved. All of them felt very much like idea exchanging discussions, rather than classical interviews. The information flowed both ways and, in the end, I left with a strong impression I would really enjoy working there, with/for the people I met.
