Their process is very thorough. The background check and drug screening process is handled with focus. They are flexible about not having completed everything before training. They will just pull you out of training for 5-10 minutes to complete any missing paperwork work. If any discrepancies show up on your background prepare to account for them.

Tell me about yourself? Mock phone call of a customer calling about a problem.
Online only interview process. Apply online, got a phone interview and then was sequentially offered the position. There was no face to face interview.The process was fairly streamlined and straightforward.
N/A online I answered a few questions and gave my resume and they offered me a position working remotely with a very good pay rate. I am excited to begin my career with Equifax

Quick and easy. The woman was kind and easy to talk to. She checked for the shift I wanted and I’m happy to say I’m genuinely impressed for once with an interviewer.
