Interview
HR phone screen followed by the hiring manager and a panel Spanish inquisition. The panel was all technical engineers that had absolutely no clue about managing them. They were ill prepared with off their heads questions. Horrible interviewing skills and I politely stopped the process and rejected the job.
The company had a well designed interview process. It started with an HR round, followed by a first interview, and then an in office interview with the Head of Product.
