      Applications Developer (Java) Interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equifax (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2017

      Interview

The initial HR phone call was really good. Small background check, questions about myself and my current company, reasons for leaving etc. In return I got some highlight what company does and what is important for them in terms of new employee. After it I was asked to send my submission through their career page. On site interview was divided up to three meetings : - R&D Centre Leader - overview of company and review of my resume. In my opinion appropriate person on the right position. - Technical - white boarding and review of my resume conducted by two development managers. Skilled people with wide range of knowledge. - HR - going once again through my resume, HR questions and questions related with salary expectations, benefits etc. In terms of whole recruitment process in my opinion it was very good experience even though it was quite exhausted at the end, but after it unfortunately I did not get feedback, but I was assured that I will get it. At the end I received it, but after my direct inquiry. During HR initial phone call I have been asked about my salary expectations which I shared with recruiter. At the end of the process, my application has been rejected due to my salary expectations about with company has been informed during initial phone call. I am quite disappointed because of everyone's time has been wasted.
