Interview
I interviewed at Epsilon for the Software Engineer role, and the experience was mixed. The technical round mainly focused on ER diagrams. While I expected a broader discussion on various skills from my resume, the interviewer was mostly fixated on ER diagrams, making changes to them and asking follow-up questions based on those tweaks. It felt a little one-dimensional since other aspects of my resume, like coding and problem-solving skills, didn’t get much attention. It could have been a more balanced interview process.
L1,L2 two rounds and other two managerial rounds, and hr round, its done. Questions were really interesting, suitiation based questions as well, it went for an hour for L1 and L2 30 mins and other were just normal few questions about your experiance
