Honest and reflective of the company's values and ethos. There is nothing in the interview that oversold. What you see is what you get. It is short succinct and the interviewers know exactly what they want.
Interview process included a few different decision makers. It started with a phone screen and discussion regarding the job requirements. An in person meeting followed which was efficient and thorough.

The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Epsilon
Interview
I was originally told I’d meet with 4 people and then do a presentation. It turned out to be 6 people, including a client, and then they wanted me to meet additional clients. This spanned across 6 weeks.
The feedback along the way was positive as they moved me along the process, but I was getting the runaround. Many of the interview questions (including from the client) were centered around my POVs on various industry topics. It seemed as though they were just trying to get free information to better their own business.
I finally decided to level set with the recruiter and never heard back. Complete waste of time. They should pay you for going through their interviews.
