Epping Forest College interview questions

Sent me the details to wrong email, I only new were short listed 2 days before; informal and standard questions in a very stuffy small room with no windows, they could choose a classroom; 3 in the panel, HR seemed no clue why she was there, 1 were already served notice period, 1 were going to hand in, so they 'really cared'. Ever since I heard absolutely nothing from them. To leave candidates - who took the time to apply and fill in the never-ending application form - hanging without a follow up when a short email to say "thanks but not on this occasion" takes no time to send; it seems that it is a typical procedure and culture for this chaotic and unprofessional establishment.
