Short Summary: Lengthy process with poor communication Full: I went through an interview process that ultimately took around three months, largely due to slow communication and unclear timelines. There were extended periods with no updates, even while hiring activity for the same roles continued publicly. Feedback, when it eventually came, was delayed and did not clearly align with what had been communicated earlier in the process. By the end, expectations and evaluation criteria felt unclear, and role scope and seniority appeared to shift late in the process. This made it difficult to understand where things stood or how decisions were being made. Overall, the experience was frustrating mainly due to the lack of transparency and the amount of time involved. I would strongly recommend that candidates clarify timelines, decision points, and role expectations early, as the process may take significantly longer than expected.
