The interview was done remotely by Skype chat, with the Operation Manager and Co-Founder of the company. The interview itself was quite long, around two hours, but that is because everything was done in chat (writing). If I may suggest, maybe it is better to do it by video call so we can see each other and the conversation can be done more fluidly.
