I applied in-person. I interviewed at Epiphany Farms Restaurant (Bloomington, IL)
Interview
The interview process was blatantly arrogant on part of the owner utilizing the group interview as a personal soapbox to speak highly of himself and pad his ego. It was strange to experience very little detail on the actual job description, requirements, hours, etc. The entire interview was the owner bragging, and I do not say that lightly, on his personal achievements.
Upon hiring, the manager quite literally read the employee handbook work-for-word to a group of adults as if we were children unable to read. This was also incredibly strange, insulting, and unprofessional.

Interview
Group, open interview. Got a call the same day of application to attend the open interview, which makes me think they have a lot of turnover at the restaurant. Basically, the owner came in and gave the full history of the restaurant, as well as his personal history/journey in the culinary profession

Interview
It started as a group interview for the 1st part . It was a good experience and it was good to actually sit down with someone who is behind all the company. The 2nd part was they call you in for a paid interview to get a feel kind of a personality kind of feel of you.
