I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2023
Interview
The phone interview was very casual and nice. The interviewer asked questions about my major and graduation date at first, but it was more of me asking questions about the positions. The final round with case interview was pretty doable. The interviewer was very nice, and asked the priorities of given tasks.

Question 1
Q: How would you deal with clients with different needs and deadlines? You have your main client that needs your feedback by end of the day, a client that is close with you but not your main client asking for some help, another main client with unfriendly attitude asking responsibilities for the error happened from your team.
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
